With the snap General Election called for 12th December, the lines are once again drawn as the political parties’ candidates campaign for the votes of the citizens of the City Of Chester Constituency. In line with previous Westminster elections, the Club is staging a ‘Hustings’ event at which the selected candidates will engage in an ‘Any Questions?’ – style debate, responding to questions previously submitted by Club Members.
As in 2015 and 2017, the event will be independently chaired by Jim Hancock, former Political Editor, BBC North West.
